Any reservation can be made by phone, email or in person.
To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount of your stay.
For group reservations, wedding or other event, a deposit is required 90 days in advance to hold your reservation
We are open 361 days a year and close on December 23, 24, 25 and 26.
*At certain times of the year, we may take some time off. We will advice you in advance at the time of your reservation.

Single Booking one to two rooms
We require your information and a valid credit card number. We take no amount on your credit until the date of booking.
Cancellation Policy / Single Booking 1 to 2 rooms
If cancel 72 hours from the date of booking, 100% of the fees including taxes will be applied to your credit.
Cancellation from 7 to 3 days before the booking date, 50% of fees including taxes will be applied to your credit
Cancellation 7 days before the date of the reservation, no charge will be applied to your credit
Group Booking / 3 to 6 rooms and thematic meetings with meals served at our establishment
Contact information and a valid credit card number is required. A 50% deposit including taxes is automatically charged to your credit card upon reservation.

If cancel 6 to 3 months (90 days) from the booking date, 50% deposit will not be refunded.
If cancel 3 months to 30 days before the booking date, 75 % of the fees including taxes will be charged on your credit card.
If cancel 30 days prior to the booking date, 100% of the fees including taxes will be charge on your credit card.
This cancellation policy applies in the case of a complete cancellation, a change of date or a shortened stay.
